Emergency Mexican

This is the emergency kit (kept in a blue box) for a Mexican when you're in need of a quick and tasty dinner. It's not actually for dinner tonight but I'm marking the occasion as my boyfriend found the all important Yellow Sauce to add to the box (which we thought no longer existed! It's very yummy).
