Boots

Took a couple of family members for their Covid vaccines at a community centre in a few village a few miles where we live. Very odd location given the number of sites much nearer to where we live. Anyway, the car park featured a whole load of boots and shoes hanging from a wire. Here’s a nice pair of boots hanging from the middle. Who does this sort of thing and how?
