Leaving the Lakes

One last Lake lunch today and it didn’t disappoint! Scampi and Chips with a humongous side of onion rings (not pictured). It was delightful to sit out in the sunshine and reflect on a lovely week away. Not knowing what the English weather would be like in late August, I packed everything from a bikini to a woolly hat. Thankfully there was only need for the former and not the latter.

Leaving a day early due to a few Covid complications but grateful for a lovely time away.
