Not Carnival

Today was the second day of the Welcome Back weekend, aka Not Carnival.
The Abbey Park was full of stalls and attractions and the weather was fine.
My blip was a toss up between steam engines, the dog show and an Elvis impersonator who was actually very good and entertaining, with everyone socially distanced sitting on hay bales singing, but in the end I chose my mate Rob who was Site Marshall. Here he’s having a go at some weight lifting. This log is supposed to be rolled up over the chest and overhead.
He may be smiling but it looked tough!
