Party!

After an early morning walk along the seafront we headed off to our first party in so long. We have had it in the diary for  ages, certainly not expecting to make it if we had still been in Switzerland.
Friends for too many years to count had a celebration in their garden primarily for their Ruby wedding ( R was their best man and it was the first wedding I had ever been to), also other family occasions missed due to covid. So lovely to celebrate with them and to meet R's goddaughter's little girl (1 today) - blip.
Now feeling relaxed but tired at a nearby travel lodge.
