Brodsworth Hall

It was a rather disappointingly dull day but I went with Mum and and C to Brodsworth Hall, it is one of their favourite places and they were keen to show it off to me. I've been a few times in the past but the improvements they have made over the years are amazing. The Hall looks out over lawns which had crocket players all smartly dressed in white but hidden beyond the tall hedge and topiaried shrubs are these formal planted beds. I'm not particularly into formal gardens but these were so well planted - not a curled leaf in site, or a wayward petal so well done to all those who have produced the display, they brightened up a dull day.
