Early start

We arrived at Bassenthwaite at 7:45. There were others there already, fishing, swimming and paddle boarding. We swam a mile, chatting and giggling as we went. There was a man posing in his budge smugglers! Not a lot of swimming there. Fortunately we avoided him.
Post swim porridge and a cuppa completed the session. It’s definitely getting cooler.
