Winter Returns (did it ever go away?)

The headline on the Metro sums it all up - Gales, rain and snow on the way. It was cosy and warm in Nero, not so the journey home across Town Square.

To warm us up I made a Curried Carrot and Red Lentil soup. It was thick, warm and extremely tasty; just the thing for a cold evening where we are battening down the hatches (whatever that means!).
