Tortillas

I decided to buy myself a tortilla press to help me make corn tortillas. I've never been a huge fan of corn tortillas but this past year finding out I have gluten issues corn tortillas seemed like a good idea. Today was the first try and it was really easy and turned out really nice. A little goat chevre, tomato, lettuce and avocado and voila!
