Mono Monday . . . Negative Space

The subject is a dried flax seed pod and the space around it is the lower wall of the house.  A vine has been pulled off and created a texture on the paint.  Thank you Carolina for interesting challenges this month. 
I think the garden is as tidy as it is going to get  and now we wait for the lockdown levels to ease and we can go and get compost from the  poultry farm.  The new cases of Covid-19 dropped to 53 today so hopefully that continues and this outbreak is contained.  Tomorrow night the rest of New Zealand goes to level three but not Auckland.  Level three is really level 4 with takeaways so it won't change anything for me.  We have to sit there for another week.  
My part of the photobook is finished and now the forester has write up some text about what he did around Te Anau while I was on the photographic trip.
