Day 13 Level 4 Lockdown

We walked to Maungarei/Mt Wellington today, climbed to the top, then walked home again - 11.57 kms.  We saw this mural at the same sub-station as the mural I blipped on Saturday, but on a different building.  It’s by the same artists - Colin and Janine Williams - and is called Hihi, presumably because the bird depicted in the mural is the Hihi, or Stitchbird.

There were 53 new community cases today (compared to 83 yesterday), which is encouraging.  Auckland will remain in Level 4 for another two weeks from midnight Tuesday, whilst the rest of New Zealand moves down to Level 3.
