Twitching?

I am not a Twitcher but do occasionally enjoy seeing a type of bird I have not seen before. Today we stopped off at the Loch of the Lowes nature reserve on our way home after taking L back to Moray. The last Osprey had headed for Africa a week ago so it was more native species we observed, the Nuthatch was diving in and out of a feeder shoving any lesser birds out of the way. The woodpecker in the extras was something I had heard many times and occasionally seen high in a tree but this was up close and personal
