Day 4

I managed to jolly myself into a right good mood today, combination of two negative tests, an Abba disco and some brisk walking round my room. Plenty of inane telly and the cleaner gave me a sun parasol for the sunny balcony. Still far too hot out there though until about 6 when it gets all pleasant. Lots of video calls and chat, it’s been an ok day and another one to cross off the list (like an old prison lag).
