Pod

This is a Sycamore tree seed pod after all the fluff has long gone. If you like sycamore trees, you dont have any near you...they bite. This pod starts life covered in fluffy seeds, then it explodes all over the place. The trees have a boatload of these things hanging on them.

I like the curves and monochromatic color, there is also a fine network of spiderwebs on this and dirt from sitting and rotting over the winter.
