Good value!

We took a walk across to Bruntsfield to order flowers and stopped for a coffee (and accidentally, a chocolate brownie) JR then got the bus into town (yes, she was returning something…) while Archie and I walked back over the Links.

We met two wee female schnauzers this morning. Heidi, on the Links, had come all the way up from London on the train. She was a playful wee thing, but though she tried, she couldn’t entice Archie to chase her.

The birthday roses will last a wee bit longer yet - over two weeks now!

I did nothing in the afternoon, but the grass is needing cut.

So does the hedge…
