Nasturtium

In T's garden where I went to sit with her and have cups of tea. I also took round some lemon slices which I needed to pass on as being totally unfit for me now. I did however have half of one - for the purposes of quality control, of course. I took some to J in the evening and the rest went to work with me on 30th. They were delicious, I have to say, but I probably won't be making any more of them as they were particularly sweet with glacé icing. They were made from a Bake Off Box, part of a subscription given to me by my brothers, so I didn’t have a choice over the recipe – it was either make the recipe or dispose of the box.
