New shingles!

Not for us, thank goodness! It’s the villa across from us. I can’t believe they are going to do it tomorrow when they are predicting 3-5 inches of rain from hurricane Ida to move in tomorrow afternoon thru Thursday morning. I heard him tell another neighbor that the contractor told him they would do the whole job tomorrow. Hard to believe!  Unfortunately or maybe fortunately we won’t be here to see if that happens because we are leaving to spend two nights at Cacapon State Park in Berkeley Springs. (I wouldn’t have minded watching topless suntanned young men working on a roof all day)
