Coffee, which rolled over into lunch, with a friend at a large and well-known garden centre near Stirling this morning (and early afternoon!)

A late afternoon walk, firstly along a short stretch of the Canal near Banknock (pictured) then up to and along the Railway Path before returning to the car. A Facetime call with other friends at night.

A Monday that was anything other than monotonous.
