'It's a pleasure Ma'am........!'

The age of chivalry is not dead! These two men in uniform opened the doors for me when I arrived at The Ideal Home Exhibition today.

It's years since I last visited this exhibition and it has changed - of course - and I have had a fantastic day in the easy company of a good friend, doing much looking, oohing and aahing, laughing, tasting, posing, photographing and a little buying. (I shall tell you if the oven cleaner and the mascara work!)

A speedy journey home with good connections, then beans on toast because I was hungry!
