Tenement Living

There are 16 flats in my block, so every once in a while someone sticks a note on the back of our main door if there's some issue or question that all the residents should be aware of - I've done it myself a couple of times!
Noticed this one this morning, but it's been put on the highest and furthest away part of the door, almost like a deterrent for disagreeing!
