Evening in Quito
This morning I listened to my dad speak about workforce engagement, which was quite a good speech (the first time I've heard him speak profesionally, actually, and the reason we came to South America this trip).
Dinner involved guinea pig. Yes, your pet rodent. It was surprisingly delicious (neither of us have had one for a pet, so that was not an issue).
