Reminder of a tragedy

A half an hour walk around the block between presentations took me past this clock tower which still stands amongst the demolition. The bent spire gives a clue to what it had been through 2 years earlier, but a closer look at the time gave an eerie feel at it is stuck at exactly the time the earthquake struck in 2011.
