We were walking with the club today, over seven lovely miles in the Ayrshire countryside.  It was wonderful to be out again with all our walking friends, and wonderful that I could walk so far!

We finished the day with an afternoon tea at the local hotel, sandwiches, cream scones, and a lovely selection of cakes, with tea or coffee..... we don't need any dinner now!
