Last Rose of Summer?

A couple of shorter walks today. I wasn't sure whether to feature this rose from a neighbour's garden, or the blackberries in the park. I went with the rose because I'm not sure how many more there will be.

Rufus was due back at the vet to get his lump biopsied but it's gone down with the antibiotics so instead he's got another week of antibiotics and see how it goes. He might still need a biopsy but at least things are moving in the right direction.
