Anticyclonic gloom

On the last day of meteorological summer it rained a tiny bit. More like drizzle really. It was cloudy, apart from a blink of sunshine. It was still chilly too.

A morning spent on admin and a virtual tour of a new school building in Budapest, which I support in a voluntary governance role. The new term began there today. Everyone had worked extremely hard to open on schedule.

We walked another 4.5 miles in the afternoon as the cloud persisted. We walked past three schools where staff were busy prepping for the new school year beginning here this week and next.
