Had an appointment with consultant today re my fractured vertebrae. All the scans were good which is a relief. I am to remain in a brace for another 7 weeks which is a surprise  but I will just learn some patience !

Drove to Devon to see Franks best mate Marcus who has just finished his course of radio and chemotherapy.  This is a shot of him in the mask which they screwed to the table for his radiotherapy. Jeez ! His prognosis is good.....and his sense of humour is intact   so all is well.
