Sunshine pill

Did you know that we are suffering from a vitamin D deficiency epidemic? With the recent leaden skies, belief in this statement hardly needs a massive leap in faith! If only the other effects of a lack of sunshine could be remedied by popping a shiny Vit D3 capsule. This time last year London was basking in 21 degrees. Tomorrow, taking into account wind chill, -6 degrees is predicted with snow!

But a warm glow tonight that comes with a good meal and a few drinks with my friend J. The last few times we have planned to meet the weather has been inclement, to say the least. We have vowed that the next time we meet up that the sun will be burning bright. Here's hoping!
