Rainbow Bicycle Parklet

A crochet graffiti artist hit a new Oakland bike-rack parklet, which happens to be in front of my favorite local restaurant. It made me smile before - now so much more! The color you see is from yarn cozies that are crocheted around the metal of the bike racks.
