Ceilidh time

Saturday at Shrewsbury Folk Festival

The ceilidhs were all outdoors and as the weather was sunny worked really well.  

I enjoyed meeting lots of people that I know, many I hadn't seen since before Lockdown.  I spent most of the day flitting between the different things on offer then went to the session led by a band from Lincolnshire that I've got friendly with over the years that we've both been booked at the festival.

The session that my band were leading was the last one of the evening and it got pretty cold but were happy with the turnout and it went well.
