Cocktails for Kenya

This evening saw me and six other mums catering a Quiz Night and silent auction along with our 16/17 year old kids to raise money towards their community school building trip to Kenya this summer. Over 2,000 euros was raised through the auction and bar. Fabulous achievement and culmination of a couple of months hard work. The team have now raised over 16,000 euros in total, well over their 10,000 euros target. So proud of them!

The real beneficiaries though are the Kenyan children who will not only have a new library and jungle gym for the school but also with the extra money raised will have desks and other essential items bought for them.
