Kensington

We are staying in Kensington for a few days, taking-in the sights of a part of London I haven't much visited before. A walk around Kensington Gardens took us to Kensington Palace.  Had we been so inclined (we're not) we could have taken a guided tour at a cost of £23 per head. For that price I would want a room for the night.

Other sights included the Royal Albert Hall, several statues and some quirky shops and restaurants.
