Art Installation Vandalised

A pet hate - vandalising a public art installation.  Blipped this on 24th & 26th May  www.blipfoto.com/entry/2844262972132426969 wondered how long it would be before it was damaged/grafitti-ed.  Council workmen had just left having cleaned up one panel and will presumably return to complete the job.  Also three "Hares About Town"  part of a fund raising exercise when they are auctioned also sustained damage and one pushed over the sea wall.
