Wu Gok (Dim Sum Taro Dumpling)
I met my friend for lunch today. We went to Chinatown and had lovely food at a Dim Sum place. She introduced her favorite dumpling. The texture is so unique and addictive. Mashed taro inside has got rich and creamy taste, and inside that is pork mince. Lots of layers are included in one ball.
We talked nonstop. I really needed to talk! Half a year ago, I was new to Toronto. I have made some nice friends since then.
