Finally, the incompetents who’d failed to take the old tumble dryer away managed to do it today.

Or maybe they were different incompetents. To be honest I was past caring.

As they carried it out, the defunct dryer left a trail of water. I’d like to think it was crying tears of sadness. But maybe it just had an embarrassing accident.
