Preciousssssssssss

Wow. The Mistress and I were gobsmacked at how much attention our 100th birthday got yesterday. The Mistress thinks it it was like getting a telegram the Queen - very special!

We've been in Wellington without access to the internet since yesterday afternoon, so wasn't able to respond straight away. The Mistress is especially gobsmacked about making it to the spotlight page! We're home now although you should have heard the language when we got home. You see... The Mistress left her keys on the dining table. And the house was locked up. So we got out of the taxi and wondered how we were going to get into the house. The spare keys were at the neighbours and they were away for the weekend!! Oooooops. I was blushing bright red because she used the F word. And the S word. But only once. Still... She said no one else was around to hear it so it was okay!

Anyway - another nice neighbour helped out and managed to open the back door through the cat door and we got in safe and sound. Otherwise there would be no blip tonight!

The blip tonight is the usual Hobbit scene of Gollum at Wellington Airport that everyone takes, except she changed the background and played around with it while we were waiting for our plane.

She watched the Hobbit recently and enjoyed it. Said it was very like the book. I don't understand what is precious about this image as it's title says it is, but she told me it's a 'hobbit' thing and don't worry about it.
