Crab apple jelly, or add it into the cider

Normally I only have a few crab apples, this year we've quite a yield.

When we only have a few they just get chucked in with everything else to make my Meetkat Marvelous Medicinal Cider.

But as I've literally just chopped the tree into tiny pieces, I'm thinking I should try jelly instead.

Anyone willing to give me a proven recipe?

I have a jam pan courtesy of my Mum but nothing else so guessing a trip to Lakeland ( or Hobby craft? ) might be required first.
