Mouse mat

A few weeks ago, a novice bell ringer from Germany travelled all the way to us in the south of France just to have a weekend ringing our bells. I was quite puzzled as he does not have a local tower. The only other places in Europe where he could ring bells are at Ypres and Dortrecht. We gave him as much time as we could and he had a great weekend.

As a token of his thanks, he sent us some watercolours that he did of the church and the village. He had 250 postcards printed and this mouse mat made which now graces my desk.

I made bread in the morning and, now that Chris is back from Belgium, I was able to have a table tennis training session this afternoon.
