THEY'VE GOT AN AWFUL LOT OF COFFEE IN.............

Grange-over-Sands - not quite the same ring to it as Brazil has it!!

A late start to the morning, for some reason we didn't wak up until 8.50 this morning!!!  I know I'm hanging my head in shame I haven't woken up that late in a while.  So I dashed out of bed, rushed around and then thought, but why, I'm not going anywhere until lunch time, no hurry necessry.  Weird huh after all these years you just feel guilty for waking up late on a week day!!!??

Lunchtime we have a lunch at The Pheasant in Allithwaite for Hubby's Friend of Kents Bank Station group.  3 separate sets of tables in the conservatory, which we had all to ourselves and they are still following covid rules and ask their customers too as well - no problem as far as I'm concerned.

A delicious lunch, and chat and catch up with friends.  Hubby goes to the pub on Thursday evenings with 4 friends and the wife of one of those friends is also a volunteer at the station so we sat together.  Then we went back to their place to sit on their gorgeous terrace for coffee and with organiser and her husband (the organiser is the grey-haired lady next to G).  She is a remarkable lady and knows so much.

This whiled away a couple of lovely hours.  We then sauntered home, just up the road a bit, while I go onto blip.  Hubby is still going out tonight with his friends but I oly have to pick him not not take him down to Grange to the Keg and Kitchen.
