Huntsman up close

Another very weak safari, all I could find were spiders. I suspect the area has been sprayed as yesterday a guy with a spray kit did walk passed me. Spiders breathe differently to insects and so might survive the spray.

I felt very fortunate to come across this huntsman. I managed to chase it onto the top of the leaf and get in close for a couple of shots before he jumped and was gone.

Certainly not what I was looking for today, but I very nearly ended up with nothing. With only three images on my card, I don't remember it ever being this bad. I may have to resort to a people blip tomorrow if things don't improve.
