Not Easily Impressed

Well despite my complaints about "team bonding/leadership training" this past two days has been brilliant.  Really good constructive and challenging discussions, coupled with some actions.  The two facilitators were excellent and helped create the right environment for everything that took place.  I'm not easily impressed with these things but this was probably the best one I've been on for some time.

Glad to be home now though.
