Last one for a while as Roy has been "signed off" by the consultant - so he drove back ;) 
Still gel, mask and distancing signs at the entrance - which is what I had in mind for my abstract blip - thanks Ingeborg!

A physio session completed too - more exercises to do and another one booked for October - all good ;)
