Found in cafe in hospital grounds

This was a lovely find on my 30 minute break. A patient had painted this I was told.
Really nice cafe very.pleased to have found it escape time.feom the ward and outside tables what's not to like!
1.more shift yeah!!!!! then it's holiday...
