B.I.T.

Is a Barista In Training a B.I.T.?  One of this young lady's tasks was to wipe the tables clean once customers had left.  She was a delightful, cheerful, chatty person who would make any customer feel welcome.

This was at a coffee shop in the middle of Hertford where we had a meeting this afternoon.  It is a busy and attractive town.
