Meaningful activities

Our colleagues of the second floor had a meeting in the afternoon. So other colleagues have to stand by on that particular unit. The people living on the second floor are those who have a disability and having the age of 60+. After 60 they can t live anymore in a residence for people with disability. Those people need structure in their daily life . Somehow you have to guide them in their behaviour and give them some small household work to do.
