The start

of my new tattoo.

This was the handrawing of the pattern over the first tattoo I had (about 15 years ago) Sad, but glad to see it go as it really wasn't the best. This one is truly awesome and an original. Tim at Second Skin is a wonder.

It's almost taken me since then to plan this tattoo, which is only my third tattoo, but which took as long as the first two added together and tripled in time to be done.

I'll post the completed one tomorrow (or an extract from - the world and me are not ready to bare quite so much of me in public)
