From Tokyo

Taken from the TV this morning, my goddaughter Kat Swanepoel about to swim in the finals at the Tokyo Paralympics.
What an exciting race and she missed the bronze medal by about half a second.
Such excitement, she has done so well.
It's been a lesson watching these games and seeing the focus and determination of the competitors.
