Waiting

Not a very cosy place to sit and wait to be called in to the doc to be checked. Has my bowel surgery gone well ? Will my laid out intestine be placed inside again ? Do I have to live with it outside rest of my life? I think I was well prepared for both possibilities, but hoped for one. I got what I had hoped for. It will be put inside again. I don’t know when though. It is a queue waiting for surgery at the hospitals in Oslo. I might wait a month or two. Will be easier now when I know. Strange feeling. I need some time to really understand how lucky I must be. Arrived at the summerhouse in the evening. Good to be here again with the message I got today. Wish you a good weekend.
