St Fillans

We’d a walk at St Fillans (on the east shore of Loch Earn) today and discovered The Beatles were here before us. They stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in 1964 between shows in Edinburgh and Dundee. I think this might have been the same tour they played the Beach Ballroom in Aberdeen. Paul and John shared a chalet - perhaps this one?  More here
The hotel now looks like it has seen better days and was closed today.
