I met somebody for coffee in the coffee shop of this grade 1 16th century country house this morning.

I came across an online group for people in their 50ies that are bereaved so joined up. It's very sad and comforting to talk to people who know exactly what the feeling is like and together can support one another.

Back to reality trip to the supermarket this afternoon.
