Impassable

We ventured down our road a short time ago with Oscar to see what the state of play was after an unrelenting blizzard over the last 36 hours or so.

Unbelievable snow drifts and strong winds made it really hard to stay upright!

We were greeted before too long by some kind neighbours who live further towards the main road - they we're walking up to ours to see if we needed anything as where we live is completely impassable.

Fortunately we are well stocked with food supplies at the moment but these snow drifts will not move themselves in these temperatures unless some willing farmer with a snow plough comes along to help!!
